We have recently confirmed cases in which some guests have received suspicious messages from individuals impersonating hotel staff.

“Your reservation needs to be verified”
“Your booking may be cancelled if no action is taken”
and may attempt to direct guests to external websites.
Please note that our hotel does not use messaging applications
such as WhatsApp to contact guests regarding reservation confirmation or payment procedures.
If you receive any suspicious messages, please do not access the URLs provided
or enter any personal or credit card information.
At this time, there has been no confirmation of any information leakage from our hotel systems.
